Dead drops is a project that seeks to "uncloud" your files through the placement of usb thumbdrives of public space. This project encourages people not only to create their own usb dead drops but to use these to share files in a mix between the digital and physical based media storage. at the dead drops website you can find a map of currently placed dead drops that people can go to with their computers and download and upload files.
